Ever since I was a child, I have been deeply curious about one question: "What is the true purpose of life?" That curiosity slowly became a lifelong journey. While others searched for success in the outer world, I found myself drawn inward—towards Yoga, spirituality, and the timeless wisdom preserved in our ancient scriptures. I spent countless hours listening to enlightened masters, reading sacred texts, and seeking answers that could bring lasting peace, health, and happiness.
During my college years, I was fortunate to learn from both the Art of Living and the Isha Foundation, experiences that profoundly shaped my understanding of life. This journey eventually led me to pursue my Yoga Instructor Course (YIC) and later a Master's degree in Yoga Therapy from Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA), Bengaluru. What continues to inspire me is discovering how the profound insights of our ancient sages are increasingly being validated by modern science.
Alongside this spiritual path, I built a career in technology. For over 14 years, I have worked as a software engineer, with the last 8 years dedicated to healthcare, building medical software and AI solutions alongside doctors and hospitals. It was during these years that I witnessed both the incredible strengths and the limitations of modern healthcare.
I realized that while modern medicine has transformed emergency care and saved countless lives, many chronic illnesses are often managed for years without addressing the deeper causes that created them. This realization sparked an even deeper search into Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, nutrition, and the remarkable ability of the human body to heal when given the right environment.
The more I learned, the more one truth became clear: our body is designed to heal—it simply needs the right support. Food, breath, movement, sleep, thoughts, and lifestyle influence our health far more than we often realize. Yet in today's fast-paced world, many of us have been conditioned to seek quick relief instead of lasting transformation.
This is why I started this mission.
My dream is not simply to teach yoga or recommend healthy food. My dream is to help people rediscover a way of living that brings health, clarity, happiness, and inner peace. I want to make the timeless wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and holistic living simple, practical, and accessible to everyone—so that fewer people have to suffer from preventable illnesses and become dependent on medication wherever natural, evidence-informed approaches can help.
I truly believe that a healthy society begins with healthy individuals, and that transformation starts with small, consistent daily choices. Through yoga, breathwork, mindful nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle practices, my goal is to empower people to reconnect with their own body's natural intelligence and create lasting well-being—not just for themselves, but for future generations.
This is more than my profession. It is my life's purpose.
